1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Welcome to the Etsy platform (the "Site"). (n) attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack the Services (or any portion thereof), or to defeat or overcome any encryption technology or security measures implemented by Etsy with respect to the Services and/or data transmitted, processed or stored by Etsy;

(o) harvest or collect any information about or regarding other Account holders, including, without limitation, any personal data or information;

(p) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

11. ETSY GUARANTEE

11.1 Etsy Guarantee is a service provided by Etsy or its authorised agent to protect purchases.

11.2 After Buyer makes payment for his/her order, Buyer’s Purchase Monies will be held in Etsy Guarantee Account until conditions are met.

12. DELIVERY

12.1 Etsy will notify sellers when Etsy receives purchase payment from the buyer. Seller will take the necessary measures to deliver the purchased item.

12.3 The User understands that the Seller bears all risks associated with the delivery of the items purchased.

13. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND

13.1 A buyer may only cancel an order before the buyer's purchase price has been paid to an Etsy secured account.

14. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

17. TRANSACTION FEES
